Returns
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Certain items (such as drinkware or final sale products) are non-returnable.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or color.
• To start an exchange, contact us with your order number and details.
Shipping for Returns
• To return your product, you will need to ship it to the address we provide after you contact us.
• You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Order Issues & Delays
• All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days from the date of your order for delivery.
• If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, reach out to us and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
